no, there are! Noah Mendoza from Shadoweyes, Louisa from Water Baby, and Zia from Wet Moon.
there are also some from a couple of my unfortunately defunct/canceled/unpublished projects; that not those count, really, since there’s no actual comic, but Latino characters are definitely on my mind even though it seems like all the comics with them in starring roles always somehow get canned or don’t pan out. :(
one major one was the main character in a book i almost did for Vertigo called REFUSE, a character you can actually see a different version of in Strange Adventures #1, but hopefully someday i’ll get to do the full-length story i wanted to do with her.
and if i ever get to do my giant monster book the two main characters in that are of Dominican descent. some day!!
